Bina Puri's mid-size development in Puchong a "chilli padi

Date:2015/05/14

The early delivery of Puri Tower to buyers next month will mark a significant milestone in Bina Puri Holdings Bhd’s annals as a serious property developer.

Despite being a mid-size development, the RM66 million Puri Tower is a “chilli padi” stunner.

In fact, Group Executive Director Matthew Tee said the 20-storey Puri Tower is a yardstick on how the group will build its reputation as a trusted builder, from being a contractor to a key property player.

“It’s the way forward for the Group that has seen the revenue stream from property rising incrementally in recent years contributing 17 percent to the overall profit margin,” said Tee.

He revealed that the group is considering Puri Tower as a milestone event that is the core of three concentric circles emanating from this significant project.

“First, Puri Tower is raising the bar in condo living for Puchong residents. Our buyers are mainly staying in Puchong who have decided to upgrade their lifestyle,” said Tee.

“It has built-in high-speed fiber-optics connectivity and constructed with the tunnel form method that is faster to construct and structurally aesthetic without protruding beams though it cost more to build.”

“The roof top is fitted with solar panels that generate electricity and connected to the national grid. Receipts from this energy-saving installation will be ploughed back for general maintenance of the condo,” he added.

Located in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Puri Tower sprawls a two-acre land and comprises 138 apartments including eight penthouse units. Each unit features two car parks, double-locked windows, built-in kitchen cabinets and island. Amenities include gym, a large multi-purpose hall and swimming pool.

Launched in July 2012, the project is set to obtain its Certificate of Completion and Compliance in October 2015 the latest.

Puchong is fast developing into a vibrant township though it is relatively young since its set-up 15 years ago. Major residential projects are taking place because it is strategically located between Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya as well as Subang and Kajang.

Tee says Puchong now has a landmark development that stands tall in its construction approach and lifestyle living that will make it more attractive to stay.

“Puchong is ripe to take on high quality modern homes that reflect the rising income level of the residents staying there,” he says.
