SELANGOR – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) recently launched its new D’sara Sentral sales gallery following the success of its first block of D’sara Sentral Serviced Residences which saw 80% of its units sold. In conjunction with the launch of the new sales gallery, the second block of Serviced Residences (Tower 1B) was also opened for pre-selection, and has also seen an encouraging initial response.  

 

The event was officially launched by Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum, Mah Sing Group Managing Director & Group Chief Executive together with Ng Chai Yong, Mah Sing Group Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer and witnessed by the Group’s senior management team. 

 

Situated at No 3, Jalan Zuhal U5/179, Shah Alam, Selangor, D’sara Sentral’s new sales gallery is situated in Star Avenue, another development by Mah Sing. An encouraging turnout of close to 500 invited guests graced the formalities which included ribbon cutting ceremony, an auspicious 8 Lions Dance and 24 Drums performance. Guests were then ushered into the gallery to view the actual show units of Type A(2 bedroom unit from 809 sq ft) and Type C (3 bedroom unit from 1,136 sq ft). During the grand opening, the D’sara Sentral scale model was also available for public preview.

 

Located in the vibrant hub of Sungai Buloh, the integrated development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM938million. D’sara Sentral comprises of lifestyle retail shops; one block of SOVO (Smart Office Versatile Office) and four blocks of Serviced Residences.

 

Mah Sing’s D’sara Sentral Serviced Residences comprises of four blocks, with the first block (Tower 1A) offering 247 units with built-up starting from 809 sq ft priced from RM538,000 open for sale. Take-up has been very encouraging with over 80% sold. 

 

In view of the keen interest, Mah Sing opened the second block (Tower 1B) for pre-selection where it received encouraging response, with more than 100 units (built-ups starting from 809 sq ft priced from RM558,000) pre-selected by the end of the preview.

 

Mah Sing will open its final two blocks of Serviced Residences for registration of interest, featuring 444 units with built-up starting from 752 sq ft priced from RM600,000. These final two blocks of premium Serviced Residences offer 3 exclusive layout options to suit different lifestyle needs. The double volume units are suitable for residents who appreciate grand & high ceiling living space while dual key units are suitable for multi-generation family.

 

Currently, the project has seen a strong take-up rate of approximately 80% for the lifestyle retail shops that will complement the serviced residences. The remaining lifestyle retail shops offers units with built-ups starting from 808 sq ft priced from RM908,000 onwards; while a total of 322 units of SOVO with built-ups starting from 504 sq ft priced from RM388,000 have seen more than 70% sold. The remaining SOVO units available for sale is priced from RM555,000 with built-ups starting from 756 sq ft.

D’sara Sentral is located diagonally across the Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh MRT Station, the second station on the Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT line.  There will be a covered walkway linking the development to the MRT station.
